Polish Travel Quo Vadis (PTQV) is taking care of the complex organization of business trips and individual travel as well as comprehensive organization of special events in the MICE sector for more than 26 years. For more then 20 years we are a member of the elite group of IATA Travel Agents, a member of the Polish Chamber of Tourism and a member and founder of the Warsaw Chamber of Tourism.

Data protection is our priority therefore we have implemented high standards of confidentiality and data security. We also follow the recommendations of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data regarding the storage and processing of sensitive data.
Years of experience combined with expertise and IT knowledge have enabled us to create our own reservation systems for hotels, airline tickets, integrated reservation platforms for corporations and dedicated reservation systems for trade fairs, congresses and conferences.

Under the brand Discover Poland www.odkryjpolske.pl, PTQV created probably the first Polish online hotel reservation system. The system has been in continuous operation since 2001. It was established as a continuation of indigenous reservation systems already operated in the twentieth century. Not long after, a new brand was introduced to the market, the www.hotele.eu system, which was a new unveiling of the vintage solutions.
A few years later, another proprietary system of the airline booking system was introduced under the brand of AirOnline www.aironline.pl. It has been in operation for over 10 years.
To meet our Customers’ needs we have introduced to the market an integrated corporate booking tool under the name of COP (Centrum Obsługi Podróży – Travel Service Centre) http://btm.ptqv.pl/ which allows to create a unique version of a corporate travel system for any company. All the tools necessary for effective implementation of orders are available at one place. In addition, the platform enables implementation of travel policies and management tools, including privileges and limits for individual users, monitoring the status of orders, control of expenditure, reporting, etc.
At the moment, we are finishing work on an application for mobile devices running Android. The application will be fully integrated with the COP and will allow our Customers to benefit from our services and monitor the status of orders, regardless of time and place, without the need to access a PC while all the actions performed by the application will appear on the booking platform.
PTQV have executed several prestigious projects in the sector such as the construction and operation of a hotel booking system during the Polish Presidency of the EU Council, creating the innovative Polish Pass system for fans visiting EURO 2012 in Poland and coordinating the arrival logistics and accommodation of the guests invited to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising.
